I’m currently a PhD candidate at Stockholm University researching organisational learning and development. I also have two master’s degrees, one in International Relations from Stockholm University and another in Political Science from Linköping University, and a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy. I have over 15 years of professional experience working in various organisations as a project manager, regional manager, board member, and chairman. Before moving to Sweden, I was a political analyst and journalist in Iran.
In my PhD project, I investigate learning processes in social entrepreneurial organisations. The main focus of the study is to examine how learning in organisations can lead to change and development. The study pays extra attention to the role of founders/CEOs and the complexities of group dynamics in organisations.
